Hallelujah! It WORKS!

Just Googled for info about how to make a custom wallpaper image because photos can no longer be sized and scaled in iOS7.

Three methods were proposed:

1. Turn on REDUCE MOTION in settings to turn off the parallax effect. Dont want to do that.

2. Make your own image, sized so it will fit on the screen. Info about screen resolutions for various Apple devices/models was provided to help with this trial by error method.

3. Download an App called WALLAX. I did, and at first I didnt think it was working. Within 5 minutes I had it figured out. Using the FOCUSED option, I was able to pinch my photo so it appeared much smaller on the screen. Used that photo as my lock screen Wallpaper, and it turned out perfect.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Ive been SO frustrated with this iOS 7 glitch!
