Same effect as a screenshot

If you were going to buy this app in hopes of being able to resize wallpapers like you were able to in iOS 6 save your money. All the app does is let you zoom out the picture and then takes a screenshot of it and saves it to your camera, which in turn makes the picture blurry. This app is extremely disappointing and is not as advertised.
